Node Application Requirements

To apply to become a Dtop Universal Carnival node, whether as a company or an individual, certain criteria must be met:

1. Must be a company or individual capable of independently fulfilling legal obligations and responsibilities within the respective country/region.

2. Must possess a strong market presence and interpersonal relationships within the respective country/region.

3. Should demonstrate a reasonable understanding of the Dtop Universal Carnival platform and have experience in similar business expansion ventures.

4. Must exhibit adequate financial strength and operational management capabilities to fulfill agency tasks with a good reputation.

5. Should demonstrate the ability to formulate market expansion plans and execute them, in coordination with Dtop Universal Carnival, for conducting marketing and promotional activities.

6. Must exhibit dedication and a service-oriented approach, capable of providing appropriate services and support to users.

7. Should fully identify with the brand, culture, and values of Dtop Universal Carnival.

8. Must have a fixed office or business premises.

9. Dtop Universal Carnival will implement a regular assessment system to evaluate the practical market operational capabilities of each node.

 

Node Levels and Regional Division

The node system is categorized based on business cooperation levels: Regional Nodes and City Nodes.

 

Node Definitions:

1. City Node: Possesses the capability to expand markets covering states/cities within the country, with a contract amount of $100K. City nodes have the right to expand business within the state/city.

2. Regional Node: Possesses the capability to expand markets covering a specific area below states/cities within the country, with a contract amount of $10K. Regional nodes have the right to expand business within the designated area below states/cities.

   

Node Regional Protection

Exclusive regional protection policies will be enforced, restricting nodes to conduct business expansion activities only within the designated area outlined in the "Node Agreement." Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of node status by Dtop Universal Carnival.

 

Rights Enjoyed by Each Node

Dtop Universal Carnival provides comprehensive and complete rights to all nodes, aiming for mutual development with nodes globally to create richer sources of income. These rights include:

 

1. A certain percentage of commission from all marketplace orders generated within the designated area, as specified in the signed "Agency Agreement".

2. Nodes will qualify to expand physical store presence within the designated area and receive commissions from consumer spending in these stores.

3. Commissions from hotel stays and orders generated within the designated area.

4. With business development, nodes will receive commissions from all consumer spending generated within the designated area.

5. Initial promotional material support for business expansion provided by Dtop Universal Carnival.

 

 

Node Obligations and Prohibited Activities

1. Nodes are required to diligently promote the Dtop Universal Carnival platform during the cooperation period.

2. Nodes are responsible for marketing promotion within their designated area and are prohibited from engaging in cross-regional business expansion activities without permission from Dtop Universal Carnival.

3. Any advertising or promotional activities initiated by nodes must be approved in writing by Dtop Universal Carnival regarding their form and content before execution.

4. Nodes must respect the copyrights and intellectual property rights of Dtop Universal Carnival, refraining from copying, reproducing, or disclosing the product to any third party other than users. Nodes are also prohibited from developing or assisting third parties in developing products similar to the platform. Violation of this will result in legal and economic consequences.

5. Nodes are obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding any commercial or customer information obtained during cooperation and are prohibited from disclosing it to third parties.

6. Nodes must strive to enhance their service and business levels, refraining from damaging the image and reputation of Dtop Universal Carnival. Deceptive or illegal promotion of the platform is strictly prohibited. Any damage caused to the reputation of Dtop Universal Carnival will be subject to legal recourse.
